Hot Chocolate Orange 50ml Grand Marnier 100ml Christmas spice infused milk.(cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, coco nibs, vanilla, coffee beans, all spice,) 2tsp of dark chocolate powder 1 table spoon maple syrup 1 egg yolk Heat the first 4 ingredients in a pan, once streaming take of the heat and whip in the egg yolk. Serve in a mug finish with wiped cream, chocolate sprinkle and an orange zest. Northopolitan 30ml Grand Marnier 20ml Johnnie Walker 1 tsp cranberry sauce 15ml Pinot Noir 20ml fresh orange juice Shake and strain in to a cocktail glass garnish with an orange zest a small Christmas cracker on the rim.
