Sophie Turner x St-Germain

This week we're shopping:
I recently spent a morning in the Boadicea The Victorious boutique in Harrods Salon de Parfum—yes, I realise that is very lucky. And, truly, that is the best way to smell or discover new fragrances. However, if you can’t actually get to a store and get your hands on a bottle, the next best thing is a discovery set—it’s the perfect way to try several options before fully committing to your new signature scent.
Olfactory armour, Boadicea The Victorious perfumes are masterclasses in high-impact scent: bold, complex and unapologetically luxe. The discovery set has four bestsellers (Blue Sapphire, Complex 2020, Valiant and Glorious).
I've become particularly addicted to Valiant—it's the undeniable star for me. Imagine creamy orange blossom softened by orris and lit from within thanks to the freshness of neroli—it's fresh, floral and wildly sophisticated. Clean and seductive with impressive staying power to boot. Compliments? Expect many.
Glorious, another favourite, brings an earthy effervescence—mossy and sparkling with the softness of bubble bath bubbles gently catching the light. This is uplifting and seriously sexy.
The dream wedding shoe? It’s always been Manolo. The new bridal collection is full of icons (we’re looking at your Hangisi and MaySale), plus fresh styles in blush satins and pearl embellishments. Romantic, timeless and the perfect pairing with THE DRESS—these are heels made for the aisle and the after-party.
Diamonds, but make it personal. Gemima opens her first London store in Wandsworth—a gorgeous, appointment-only space where you can sip champagne and design your dream piece. The store launches with a summer-ready collection of glow-up gems, including some that light up under UV.
Etro taps cult artist Agostino Iacurci for a sun-drenched summer capsule—think wearable murals inspired by Mediterranean coastlines. It’s all print, colour and playful textures: the kind of joyful, throw-it-on-and-go energy that makes holiday dressing a no-brainer.
This capsule’s got serious boho energy. Isabel Marant’s exclusive drop for NET-A-PORTER is all sunset tones, silky prints and laid-back luxe. Designed for escapes—city or seaside—it’s effortless, eclectic and exactly what we want to wear right now.
Meet the mood-lifting, burnout-fighting therapy space Shoreditch didn’t know it needed. Self Space Social is a new IRL hub for mental wellness with workshops, talks, journaling clubs and drop-in sessions. Bonus: special events are just £10, with every ticket funding future therapy sessions.

Hakuna Matata, a fruity and warming scent from 27 87, is one of the best spring perfumes out there. As with all scents from the brand, expect complex blends and interesting note combinations: jasmine teamed with banana and honey, in this case. Sounds odd, yes. But it is delightfully uplifting and transports you to sunny climes.

We’re already big fans of Omorovicza at MC—these products are as efficacious as they are stylish. The latest, Elixir, is a powerhouse of a serum that promises all sorts of things; including a boost in radiance, improvement of skin texture, hyperpigmentation correction and well-hydrated skin. And, with impressive clinical trials to boot, I’d say it’s onto a winner.
Rise & Fall and House of Grey have created a chic—and luxurious—range of bed linen. Plus, if you haven’t experienced it yet, the game-changing linen by way of Rise & Fall is supremely soft to the touch and falls just-so, that you’ll have guests thinking you’re now an interior stylist.

Vagus nerve stimulation (VNS) has become THE topic of conversation in the last year. Namely, how activating it might be the key to unlocking a whole range of benefits..
When I first tried the Nurosym device, I wasn’t sure what to expect. It promises to help with nervous system regulation, reducing anxiety, and improving focus—all things I’ve struggled with, especially in high-pressure situations. At first, I think I expected too much, or maybe I just didn’t know how to use it properly. But after some trial and error, I’ve found my rhythm, and now I reach for it whenever I need to switch gears—whether that’s calming restlessness or getting into deep work mode.
For example, I’ve had those moments where a deadline sneaks up, and I need to focus instantly. Normally, my brain would be loud and scattered, but with *Nurosym*, it’s like flipping a switch—the background noise quiets, and I can lock in. I typically use it for 30-60 minutes, sometimes in the morning and evening, or just when I feel that anxious energy creeping in (you know, that jittery feeling like too much coffee). Clinical studies have shown that *Nurosym* can increase vagus nerve activity by *61% in just five minutes*, which may explain the calming effect I experience. And, in a recent clinical trial, participants using *Nurosym* reported a *35% improvement in anxious states*, highlighting its potential to alleviate anxiety.
The price is a consideration—it’s not cheap. But if it works for you, it’s an investment in your well-being. It doesn't have a monthly subscription fee, which is something to consider, so whilst it's a chunky price point, there's nothing else to pay. After a year of dipping in and out, I now know when to use it for the best results. For anyone looking to regulate stress and sharpen focus, Nurosymmight be worth having on your radar.
