Does Dyson offer free delivery?
Yes, standard next-day delivery is completely free for all Dyson machine orders. Alternatively, you can choose to click and collect for free. If your order is for spare parts or accessories, there is a £3.00 cost for delivery.
Does Dyson do NHS discounts?
At the moment, Dyson is not offering any specific NHS discounts. If this changes in the future, we’ll let you know right here. You can always use one of our discount codes or shop the sale to save on your order.
Does Dyson offer student discount?
Yes, students can get 5% off floorcare or air treatment (excluding the Dyson Airwrap, Airstrait and other selected items). Students can also get 15% off at the Dyson Outlet. Simply log into your Student Beans account to confirm you're a student, then you'll see your code.
Are there free returns at Dyson?
Yes, Dyson returns are free. You will need to return any Dyson machines within 35 days or other products (purifiers, fans, heaters, cosmetics) within 14 days of purchase. If returning cosmetic products, these should be unopened.

If within 7 days of purchase, you see your item at a lower cost at Argos, Currys, or John Lewis then Dyson will match the price. Your item will need to be the exact same model and currently be in stock at one of these competitors.
