According to The Observer, Rihanna is renting out a house she owns in Los Angeles which means for $16,500 per month, Rihanna could be your actual landlord.
The singer/ actress/ entrepreneur is said to have bought the the Spanish style compound last August for $2.75 million. She later tried to re-sell it but with a buyer as yet to be found, RiRi is looking for rental tenants instead.
Featuring four bedrooms in the main house, each comes with an en-suite bathroom and French doors. The main house features an open living and dining area, plus the kitchen contains a breakfast island. There’s an additional bedroom in the “back house,” as well as a bathroom and access to a kitchenette, plus an outdoor lounging and dining area.
The gated property also includes a courtyard and a four-car driveway, in addition to a pool, lounge deck and a cabana, per the listing held by Compass.
