The Great British Bake Off judge’s former home in Penn, Buckinghamshire, is currently up for sale, which means you could spend your days baking in Mary’s kitchen – provided that you’ve got a casual £3 million on hand.

The Georgian property, known as the Red House, was home to Mary and her family for almost twenty years. The master baker and her husband Paul lived in the property from 1970 – 1988, and Mary is believed to have filmed many of her early TV shows in the house’s vast kitchen.

Avid fans will also have spotted the sprawling house in the recent BBC2 programme Mary Berry’s story. Although with six bedrooms, three reception rooms and a coach house in the grounds, Mary’s pad is probably better described as a mansion.
