If Gossip Girl has taught us any life lessons (and it has, trust me), it's that headbands are always a good idea. This season, the catwalk agrees, as the staple hair accessory makes a major comeback.

But if you haven't been able to get your hands on Prada's or Gucci's iconic headpieces, fret on, Zara has come to the rescue yet again.

The high street fave last week served up what could only be described as perfection in a band: a rhinestone-encrusted beauty that basically makes you look like you're wearing a magical halo.

It naturally went down a treat, selling out in less than a day, sad news for those who weren't quite as click-happy.

However, my sources at Zara tell me more stock may be coming soon, and judging by the store checker, there are still plenty available in store, so your best bet at the moment is to check your local. It will also be available in a new colourway.
