Nicole Kidman echoes the screen sirens of classic French and Italian cinema, in Jimmy Choo's smouldering new Resort 2014 campaign pictures.
Channelling her inner Bardot, Nicole looks incredible in the '60s-inspired shoot, with voluminous backcombed strawberry blonde hair and lashings of black eyeliner.
Shot on a deserted beach at the end of summer, Nicole is dressed in a simple black high-neck swimsuit giving centre stage to Choo's elegant new accessories.
Jimmy Choo's Creative Director, Sandra Choi, said: 'Yet again Nicole has perfectly captured the strength and complexity of the Jimmy Choo woman; the depth of her character also conveys the playful and sultry mood of our Cruise collection. She radiates with the magnetic aura of iconic actresses from the ‘60s.
Speaking about starring in the campaign, Nicole said: 'I really enjoyed being able to play a role that was playful and free of any inhibitions referencing iconic actresses from the ‘60s. I embraced the feeling of summer holidays spent at the beach where you always feel up for a dare and having fun.'
This is the second Jimmy Choo campaign Nicole has starred in: the first was released earlier this year and saw Nicole with a beautiful coppery bob. Although we loved her shorter hair, we're also taken with the retro tousled waves, and Forbidden Planet vibe, too.
