Miranda Kerr returns for the second time as the face of Mango’s latest punk-inspired campaign, and we're obsessed with the gorgeous grunge shots.

Best known for the Victoria Secret catwalks that rocketed her career seven years ago, this angel is hanging up her wings in exchange for some military boots and eyeliner.

Following in the footsteps of Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell and Penélope Cruz – who have all starred in the Spanish brand’s previous campaigns, the Aussie model looks barely recognisable, but beautifully fresh-faced in an I-want-to-be-her way. Why do we never look this hot in the office?

Among her perfectly-styled looks, Miranda wears a leather varsity jacket, black denim jeans and a checkered shirt with New York in the backdrop.

Worlds away from diamante-encrusted bras and pink lace undies, the model looks stunning in red tartan trousers paired with a black pinstriped jacket, alongside a smouldering pout. The collection also features a number of feminine pieces from floral dresses and knitted cardigans to a monochrome checked jacket.

Talking about the campaign, the mum-of-one said: 'I had a great time shooting the Fall/Winter campaign. They are an amazing team to work with, we have such a good time together. The clothing is especially fun this season with a punk-inspired edge. I loved that Inez and Vinoodh (the Dutch photographers that snapped these incredible images) kept the look of the campaign very raw and natural and I think it compliments the collection very well.'

She added: 'They did a fantastic job, as always!'
