One of New York Fashion Week's hottest tickets, Michael Kors presented his autumn 2015 show last night, leaving his audience (Kate Hudson, Poppy Delevingne, Olivia Palermo, et al) dreaming of the day they can eliminate the elements in one of his brand new super coats. Unfortunately for the fash pack currently braving NYC's sub-zero temperatures, none of these warmer wares will be available til next season. So shiver on, we shall.
These are the key moments you need to know about.
Mega-Muffs Ruled The Runway... No, really, huge fuzzy hand-warmers accessorised every other look, sometimes coming in pairs as they doubled up and formed two giant monster cuffs. Also in thick and fast? Yeti-worthy jackets that could have walked straight in from outside in the relentless New York blizzards. Be it a camel wool wrap, a utility cotton trench, a tweedy Crombie or an embellished crepe cape – there was a coat for every woman here. Fear not, folks, Michael's got polar vortex dressing covered.
All Of New York’s Top Models Walked... Kendall Jenner, Karlie Kloss, Gigi Hadid, Lindsey Wixson: you name them, they were there, working it on the catwalk or Instagramming up a storm backstage. We really just wanna be in their gang...
Kate Hudson Was Queen Of The FROW... K-Hud does it again. Following that show-stealing front-row performance at Atelier Versace last month, Kate Hudson got all the attention again last night as the star guest at Michael's show. She’s already nailed spring dressing in this off-the-shoulder ochre knit, teamed with a floral print skirt and popping red lips. Let us count the ways…

There Were 56 Looks We Want To Wear. Like, Now... The thing Michael Kors does best of all? Designing real clothes that real women want for their real lives. Every single piece was covetable, glam and, most importantly wearable. See every single look in the gallery above.
And There Was Amazing Street Style Post-Show, Too... The model off-duty style here was almost as good as their coiffed catwalk looks. Lily Aldridge nailed shoulder-robing with this draped leopard trench, while Karlie Kloss's monochrome mix was the perfect androgynous contrast to her pretty on-runway style.
