Colette’s final collaboration includes Saint Laurent sex toys
Ever since Colette, the high-fashion store that's been a staple on Rue Saint-Honorè since 1997, announced that it would be closing its doors for good, the fashion pack have been in mourning.
However, since it's revealed its forthcoming permanent closure on December 20, it has given us a final few treats featuring monthly exclusive collaborations from luxury brands, including Chanel and Thom Browne. And now for its grand finale, the retailer has teamed up with Saint Laurent.
The takeover will be a celebration of both brands featuring Saint Laurent x Colette collaborative collectibles that will only be available in store. Each piece will also be signed by Anthony Vaccarello, Saint Laurent’s creative director, making it a true collectable.
In it you'll find traditional items like t-shirts, hoodies, handbags and trainers alongside a more eclectic mix of products including skateboards, a one-of-a-kind Vespa with a matching helmet, roller skates and even YSL branded leather paddles. (I mean, surely all the best sex toys should be emblazoned with the logo of our favourite brand?)
If you're desperate for a final Saint Laurent x Colette fashion fix but your bank account balance is looking a little less healthy, than you can still bag a piece of fashion history with a limited edition lighter that cost £5 each.
A perfect stocking filler.
