Audrey Hepburn had these shoes in every colour
Hey, why not?
Hey, why not?
When a celebrity loves a fashion item, they don’t do things by halves. Take Diana, who loved her Lady Dior bag so much that she got it in every style - plus there’s the fact it was actually renamed just for her.
And it looks like Audrey Hepburn was no different, seeing as she bought her favourite pair of shoes in every colour under the sun.
We’re talking of course, about the iconic ballet flats she always wore.
Christie’s will be auctioning off several items from the star’s personal wardrobe, including these shoes which come in green, yellow black, red and classic black.
The items on sale also include a Burberry trench coat and a blue satin cocktail dress by Audrey’s favourite designer, Hubert de Givenchy, the man behind that legendary Breakfast at Tiffany’s LBD, let’s not forget.
Though the actress passed away 24 years ago, her family held on to the items, but decided it was time to pass on her legacy.

Luca Dotti and Sean Hepburn Ferrer, her sons, said: ‘We are honoured to entrust Christie’s with this sale and it is with great joy that we wish to share her spirit, through this sale, and its related previews, with all who have enjoyed her films, her sense of style and followed her humanitarian legacy.’
Audrey’s former Hollywood home was also put up for sale this week.
If you have a bit of spare cash and want to own a piece of Audrey’s iconic wardrobe, know that the auction will take place at Christie’s King Street headquarters in London on 27th September. You’ll also be able to buy the online from 19th September to 3rd October.
And if you don’t have any spare cash lying around, Christie’s will also offer a public exhibition from 23rd September.
