The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry have all been appointed as the official Team GB ambassadors, ahead of the London 2012 Olympics.

The Royal Trio will help promote the Great Britain team to the public in the run-up to next year's Olympic Games.
Prince WIlliam Kate Middleton and Prince Harry have said they were all thrilled to take the position of official ambassadors for Team GB and ParalympicsGB.
The Duke of Cambridge said: 'Catherine, Harry and I are honoured to be ambassadors for Team GB and ParalympicsGB.
'London hosting the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games will inspire so many people - particularly the young - to be the best they can be.' All three are keen sportsmen and women themselves, with both William and Harry playing competitive polo for some years, and Catherine being part of rowing teams in the past.

It is likely they will all visit the teams over the coming months before the Olympics begin next July and the Paralympics a month later, motivating the athletes as well as supporting them in global competitions before the games.
They began their ambassadorial role with a message of support for the Team GB Ambition Programme, which chooses 200 potental athletes to experience the choose Olympic environment ahead of their sporting careers.
The Duke said: 'We are hugely looking forward to this incredible sporting competition, but are also looking beyond next summer's Games to the springboard it will provide for future success and excellence.
'The athletes and coaches taking part in the Ambition Programme are part of that future success - potential medal winners and sources of inspiration to come.' British Olympic Association chief executive Andy Hunt told the BBC, 'It is a great motivation for Team GB that the Duke and Duchess and Prince Harry are supporting their efforts next year.'
British Paralympic Association chief executive Tim Hollingsworth said: 'The Paralympic Games are coming home in 2012 and we want to use this opportunity to raise the profile of Paralympic sport in this country and ensure that the nation takes British Paralympians to their hearts.'
