And Cindy Crawford’s Malibu pad, just sold for $13million, is one such envy-inducing house.

Set on 1.4 acres of woodland the property boasts 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and sprawls over 3,650 square feet.

With oak floors, clean white linens and tons of airy living space, it fits in pretty perfectly with its natural surroundings.

And if the stunning décor, lagoon-look pool and paradise-style gardens weren’t enough to work you up, then get this - the supermodel and her husband Rande Gerber bought it last year for *just* $6million, meaning that they’ve made a cool $7million on the remodel.

The new owner will have some pretty amazing neighbours, too, as Cindy lived next door to Julia Roberts and in the same cul-de-sac as Gwyneth Paltrow and Red Hot Chilli Peppers star Chad Smith.
