Fashionista Nicole Richie has confirmed she’s set to tie the knot to Good Charlotte rocker Joel Madden, and is planning a December wedding, according to reports.

The pair got engaged back in February this year, when Joel popped the question with a whopping diamond sparkler, with Nicole confirming the nuptials on Twitter.
'Yep, I'm engaged. Very happy,’ she Tweeted to fans.
Now the star has confirmed they plan to wed soon, with some suggesting the special ceremony could even take place this side of Christmas.
When asked by hosts on US chat show The View if she was going to tie the knot soon, she simply answered ‘Yes,’ before revealing the ceremony won’t be meticulously planned.
'Joel and I are not big planners,' she said. ‘We just kind of go with the flow with things.’
Nicole was spotted enjoying a secret vacation with several gal pals – including Samantha Ronson and Christina Aguilera – just weeks ago, close to her birthday.
But it’s thought the star could have been enjoying an early bachelorette party at the luxurious Mexican resort, as her schedule wouldn’t allow for one closer to the time.
Reports also suggest that Nic has been busy shopping for wedding dresses, browsing the options with stylist Simone Harouche.
