It's a big day for A-Level students everywhere, as they collected their final results this morning.
Many will have been waiting for A-Level results day with bated breath to find out whether or not they got into university – and that includes the likes of Malala Yousafzai.
If you know somebody heading to Oxford in September, chances are they'll bump into the young activist in freshers' week, because this morning she tweeted the news that her place to study Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) at the University of Oxford has been confirmed.
Earlier this year, Malala revealed that she had a conditional offer of three As to study PPE, but did not say which university (until this morning).
She first gained prominence in 2012 after she was shot in the head by Taliban gunmen for campaigning for girls' education.
Held as a heroine in the eyes of the world, she then went on to speak at the UN on her 16th birthday, win the Nobel Peace Prize and earlier this year was made the youngest ever UN Messenger for Peace – to name but a few of her accolades.

She has even been interviewed by UN Women Goodwill ambassador, Emma Watson. We wonder who was more starstruck in that situation?
We wish Malala the very best of luck at uni (and a great freshers week, too).
