Superstar racing driver Lewis Hamilton and Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger have finally called time on their relationship after two years together.
Confirmed today, the break-up is said to be mutual as the pair decide to put their careers first.
A statement from an official spokesman read: ‘They have decided to go their separate ways. They want to focus fully on their careers and will remain close friends.'
The gorgeous twosome met back in 2007 at the MTV Europe Awards, and got together a year later.
Nicole has been a permanent fixture at the racing sidelines since the beginning of their relationship, while doting Lewis has be spotted supporting the Pussycat Doll at a number of events.
But despite this, rumours a break-up could be on the cards have been circulating since last year, with sources suggesting Lewis was not ready to settle down.
