John says final goodbye to son
John Travolta and Kelly Preston yesterday held a memorial service for their tragic son – and said a final goodbye to their treasured boy.
Friends, family and neighbours joined the couple and their daughter, Ella Bleu, for the Scientology service in a marquee erected at their Florida estate.
The local community has poured support on the A-list pair, leaving flowers and plaques at the gates of their home.
Jett died on a family holiday in the Bahamas on 2 January, following a seizure in the bathroom.
The 16-year-old suffered with the rare Kawasaki Syndrome, and was found by a nanny at 10am.
Tributes have flowed in from fellow celebrities, too, with Tom Cruise describing Jett’s death as ‘horrific’ and Travolta and Kelly as ‘doting parents’, while Oprah Winfrey and Tom Hanks have also offered their condolences.
