The singer took a major beauty risk for the Brit Awards and lived to regret it
Jessie J knows that even the most seasoned red carpet veteran can suffer a beauty blunder.
All eyes were on the "Pricetag" singer, 25, as she arrived at the Brit Awards 2014, rocking a curious shade of lilac lipstick.
In fact, it seemed her bold choice in lippie was the only thing people could talk about it - which is saying a lot, considering the ultra-sexy Julien Macdonald catsuit she was wearing!
Fans and bloggers quickly flooded the Internet with critiques of her look, and Jessie (a nominee for British Female Solo Artist) got the message loud and clear.
Not long after walking the red carpet, she took to Twitter to admit defeat. 'The lip didn't work,' she posted. 'Get over it. I have. Onto the next look!'
We're glad to see she's not letting the insults get her down, and we hope she keeps taking those playful fashion risks. There's nothing worse than a boring red carpet.
