Christmas party season is nearly upon us. James Duigan, the man behind Bodyism gives us his top tips for survival this winter... Before the night out... 'The night before, have an Epsom salts bath to help with water retention - the cooler the water, the tighter your skin will look. Then, on the day, have some natural yogurt, nuts and oats, this coats your tummy and will stop the alcohol having a dramatic effect on your health.'
During the night out... 'Be kind to your body. Enjoy yourself but keep in mind it's not a drinking competition - getting overly drunk is never good for your body, or your reputation. And always make sure you have one glass of water for every alcoholic drink.'
The morning after... 'Have a nutrious breakfast, such as porridge and some nuts, seeds and berries. Or if you're feelling really worthy, saute some spinach with garlic and cook some scrambled eggs with tumeric. Also, go for a long walk. It will guarantee to shake the cobwebs off and it's not too dramatic.
