Gwyneth and Madonna's workout
Gwyneth Paltrow and Madonna new keep-fit friends
Gwyneth Paltrow and Madonna new keep-fit friends
Let's face it: going to the gym is always more fun when you go with a friend - something Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow obviously know, too.
The pair were snapped today leaving Madonna's very own private gym, which is located in the house directly next to her London home. The keep-fit fanatic bought the 10-bed Georgian house for £6 million in January for the sole purpose of turning it into her own luxury private gym.
But daily rigorous fitness regimes must get a tad lonely, even for the most seasoned of workout warriors like Madonna - so she decided to invite best pal Gwyneth Paltrow over for a morale-boosting stay-fit session.
Gwyneth will have had her work cut out, though - Madonna is well known for her hard-hitting training schedule, which sometimes lasts for up to three hours a day; she's not nicknamed 'the bionic body' for nothing.
