George and Amal Clooney have a new addition to the family – and she's so ruddy adorable!
It seems George and Amal Clooney are ready to start a family. A canine family, that is. Now in their second year of marriage, the A-list couple look to be expanding their brood, after being spotted adopting a four-year-old rescue pup by the name of Millie. Awww....
The couple adopted their new four-legged friend from the San Gabriel Valley Human Society, in California after 'searching for a basset hound and seeing Millie's picture on Petfinder', a pet adoption website. According to the shelter's official website, the cute basset hound mix had been found homeless earlier this month after begging for scraps outside a restaurant.
After the shelter arranged a meet and greet between the canine and Hollywood stars, Millie and the Clooneys 'hit it off and the happy, new family headed home together!' The shelter has since posted an adorable photo of the Clooneys with their new pet pooch on their Facebook page, alongside the caption: 'ADOPTED! Millie was adopted by George Clooney and his wife Amal!! Millie, a bassett hound, now has a new brother named Louie who is also a rescue! Congratulations and thank you for adopting!!'

Amal looked chic as always, wearing dark shades and a fitted star print dress, while George looked charming in a casual tee advertising his tequila brand (natch) and holding onto Millie.
This isn't the first canine in the Clooney family. The actor and human rights barrister also have Louie, another rescue and a cocker spaniel, seen being held by Amal, and George's cocker spaniel mix named Einstein.
