Eva Longoria and Victoria Beckham have been firm friends ever since the designer headed stateside, but it appears their admiration for each other goes beyond simple flattery as Eva tells Marie Claire online that she only looks beautiful thanks to her pal.

When we told Eva she always looks stunning in what she wears, her reply was firmly focused on her friend, saying: ‘I look fantastic because I’m wearing Victoria Beckham’s dresses.’

With such high praise we has to ask if there could ever be a potential fashion partnership between the duo, Eva was instantaneous in her reply, telling us: ‘I think Victoria’s talent is unmatched by anyone right now but I’m not as fashion forward as she is [laughs].’

And it didn’t end there, the actress who is appearing at The Noble Gift Gala this weekend to raise funds for her charity, The Eva Longoria Foundation, continued with: ‘Oh she [Victoria Beckham] is a genius, an absolute genius.’
