How often have you gone to a beauty counter to find 'the one' - the one foundation that will look like a second skin, the one foundation that blend in seamlessly, the one foundation you've searched high and low for. Well, that's exactly what L'Oreal Paris are promising with their new campaign, #YoursTruly.
Featuring 23 of the UK’s most influential and inspirational individuals as ambassadors for diversity, the campaign focusses on true stories and honest experiences of finding that perfect shade to truly express one's identity with confidence.
From Katie Piper, who calls upon foundation to be herself, rather than hide herself, to enigmatic fitness guru AJ Odudu who expresses her frustration of growing up without being able to find make-up that matched her skin tone, and Gary Thompson who has finally learnt to embrace wearing foundation rather than hide it, we learn of people's different beauty discoveries. Of course, there's also the brands very own Cheryl Cole who also shares her story of finding herself through make-up.
'L’Oreal Paris UK are both proud and excited to be launching such a unique and diverse campaign. With each true story being as unique as the shade that they represent, the #YoursTruly campaign is a declaration of equality and diversity for the L’Oreal Paris brand', said Adrien Koskas, L’Oréal Paris UK General Manager, of the campaign.
