If one show is going to tear our eyes away from porn, it's Game of Thrones, right? You may laugh but we're not joking here – it's been officially confirmed.
That's right, the HBO show is so popular that it caused a temporary 4.5% drop in the number of people watching porn on Sunday, when the Season 7 premiere aired. That's quite a chunk of viewers.
Complete with handy diagrams, Pornhub Insights have just revealed on their website that there was a significant dip in traffic to their site when the new series of Game of Thrones kicked off.
So it looks like people would much rather tune in to watch Ed Sheeran make his Game of Thrones debut than have some 'alone time' with the most popular porn category this year.
Clearly we're just too excited to find out what happens to Dany, Jon Snow and co this season.
It's not the first time this has happened, either; last year when the Season 6 premiere aired, viewings were down by 4.1%. So ditching porn in favour of Game of Thrones is a trend that's on the up.
Good to know we have our priorities straight...
