If you haven’t seen The Nun, you’ll definitely have heard of it, with the 2018 thriller being one of the most talked-about films of the year.
Why? Because it looks terrifying - so terrifying in fact that YouTube is now allowing people to disable horror film trailers, due to the many complaints they received when browsers were surprised with the frightening footage.
The premise is terrifying, with the focus being the discovery of a demonic nun set in a Romanian abbey.
Yup, don’t watch this film without something to hide behind.
This week however a piece of information has emerged that makes the film a little less scary, and to be honest - we’re incredibly relieved.
Eagle-eyed viewers spotted that we had actually seen Sister Victoria, the demonic nun herself, before - and the film in question makes her seem a little less terrifying.
Sure, Bonnie Aarons has appeared in The Conjuring 2 and Annabelle, but she has also appeared in romantic comedies from Shallow Hall and Valentine’s Day to Silver Linings Playbook.
The most surprising film the demonic nun actress has appeared in however? Princess Diaries - and Princess Diaries 2 for that matter.
Yes, really. Aarons played Baroness Joy von Troken - one half of the couple gunning to be King and Queen of Genovia.
Seeing Bonnie alongside Anne Hathaway and Julie Andrews in her Baroness get-up certainly makes her seem a bit more approachable!
