Robert Pattinson just made a rare comment about Kristen Stewart

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart will always go down as one of the most popular A-list couples of the noughties, with Twilight fans still hoping for an Edward and Bella reunion.
Their relationship was as iconic as their break up was dramatic, with Kristen’s affair with director Rupert Sanders made public in 2012, and the couple going on to split in 2013.
‘It was incredibly painful,’ Kristen explained of the break up to the Daily Beast. ‘It fucking killed me’. But while Kristen has spoken out a lot about the split, R Patts has remained relatively tight-lipped.
That is until this week, when Robert sat down for an interview with The Sunday Times.
When asked whether he was on good terms with ex girlfriends Kristen Stewart and FKA Twigs, he broke his silence, replying: ‘Yes, yes’.
Then, when asked about Suki Waterhouse, who Robert was romantically linked to last summer, he went on to make a statement about making a relationship public:
‘If you let people in, it devalues what love is,’ he explained. ‘If a stranger on the street asked you about your relationship, you’d think it extremely rude.’

He continued: ‘If you put up a wall it ends up better. I can’t understand how someone can walk down the street holding hands, and it’s the same as when I do it and a hundred people are taking your photo. The line between when you’re performing and when you’re not will eventually get washed away and you’ll go completely mad.’
Well, that's that.
