Prince Louis showing off his royal wave is the sweetest thing you’ll see all day

This is everything.

This is everything.

The Cambridges are one of the most talked-about families in the world, but while the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge spend the most time in front of the cameras, it’s their children that really steal the limelight.

From Princess Charlotte’s signature sass and Prince George’s cheeky grin to their playing in Kate Middleton’s new nature garden, these miniature royals never fail to make viral news. But it was Prince Louis who stole the limelight this weekend.

The one-year-old made his official royal outing debut at the Queen’s annual birthday celebrations, Trooping the Colour, and unsurprisingly he made all the headlines.

Louis made the most news for performing his first ever royal wave, making his parents and the rest of the Mountbatten-Windsors laugh as he greeted the crowds.

‘I vote Prince Louis for the best Royal Wave ever, also for the most energetic royal !!!’, posted one Twitter user, while another wrote: ‘Prince Louis making his debut on the Buckingham Palace is absolutely adorable. He's already got the royal wave sorted. #TroopingTheColour 👑’.

More waves from Prince Louis, please.
