Their silence however has led to speculation around their relationship, with rumours emerging this week that the couple had split.
An In Touch Weekly report even emerged this week announcing that the couple had separated, something Mila and Ashton shut down in the most hilarious way possible.
Uploading a video to Instagram from their car, the couple openly mocked the article, voicing their surprise that they had broken up.
‘Babe, what's happening? What's going on?’ Ashton asked Mila in the video, to which she replied: ‘It's over between us’, showing the news story on her phone.
‘It's over between us? Oh my God, what are we gonna do?’ Ashton responded.
‘I felt suffocated,’ Mila read, to which Ashton asked, ‘You felt suffocated by me? Oh, I was just so overbearing, wasn't I?’
‘Also, I took the kids,’ Mila went on to joke, to which Ashton responded: ‘Oh you took the kids? I don't get the kids anymore?’
The article also included a reported dark secret that had been the reason for their break up. ‘It must have been really dark,’ Ashton laughed.
