Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have made non-stop viral news this month, from the announcement of their future baby to their reminiscing about their May wedding day.
The most news though has of course surrounded their royal tour, with the newlyweds spending the past few weeks journeying across Australia, Fiji, New Zealand and the kingdom of Tonga.
To say that they have been a hit would be a huge understatement, with the royal newlyweds making viral news every day, from their sweet comments about their future arrival to their warm greetings with members of the public.
From Meghan staying up late to bake banana bread for their host family to Prince Harry having his beard stroked by a very young fan, these two might have accomplished one of the most successful (and friendly) royal tours ever.
And this week, it got even friendlier still as the Duchess of Sussex spotted a girl she had previously mentored in a huge crowd of people and went over to give her a big hug.
During a public walkabout at the Viaduct Harbour in Auckland, Meghan spotted 20-year-old Hannah Sergel, a student who had asked Meghan for advice over Instagram before the former Suits actress became a royal.
The pair had never met in person but were friends on Instagram and Meghan even sent her motivational messages throughout her university experience.
The now Duchess of Sussex even sent Hannah a video message, thanking her for her support and explaining that she couldn't wait to meet her one day in person.
Well, yesterday was that day.
The Duchess of Sussex got a surprise when she spotted Hannah in a huge crowd, exclaiming 'Oh my God' before rushing over to give Hannah a big hug.
'She recognised me and knew who I was so that's why she came over,' Hannah, who had flown across the country for the occasion, told 9Honey. 'She gave me a hug which was incredible - when I first saw her I cried. She's just such an incredible person and I'm just so glad she's happy with Harry.'
The student even had to be comforted by New Zealand prime minister Jacinda Ardern following the run-in because she was so emotional.
We get it Hannah,
'Can you believe Meghan Markle held me with both her hands then went in for a hug? I'm still in shock,' she posted to her followers after the event.
