This is something that it emerged this week that Meghan Markle wants to alter, reportedly planning on changing the perception around post-baby bodies.
Unlike Kate Middleton and other royal women before her, Meghan didn’t emerge hours after giving birth to pose on the Lindo Wing steps in heels and perfect make up, with her bump concealed.
Instead, while she still looked beautiful, Meghan's bump was on full show and she made no secret of the fact that she was exhausted.
According to Us Weekly, this is something that Meghan is hoping to spread, with a source telling the publication that the Duchess of Sussex ‘wants to change the perception that you have to be skinny to be beautiful.’
